Sunshine Village sits in the heart of the Canadian Rockies about 1.5 hours west of Calgary. It offers an amazing seven-month employment experience. Each year, we get newer and better. There has never been a more exciting time to work at Sunshine Village.

Every fall and throughout the season, Sunshine hires more than 600 people. Peak employment is more than 800 staff.

Our employees come from all over the world from many different countries, backgrounds and cultures. We hire a variety of nationalities at Sunshine Village and turn them into raving fans of our resort. The one thing we all have in common is our passion for skiing and riding!

How to apply

Sunshine Village snow season starts in early November and goes through all the way to the end of May. Some departments are operational year-round.
