Description

Administration Clerks provide an outstanding experience for our guests and staff. This position combines the responsibilities of a payroll and day audit clerk ensuring a smooth daily operation of the accounting and payroll departments. It is also the first point of contact at the Executive Office reception desk for answering guest queries and signing out VIP passes.

 

Essential Functions

  • Provide excellent guest service
  • Assist with season start up and season end for more than 500 employees
  • Daily input of payroll data for employees into the payroll and timekeeping systems
  • Compile daily statistical & executive reports
  • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with other departments
  • General Ledger account reconciliations, including investigation & resolution of discrepancies
  • Preparation, review & reconciliation of daily cash deposits
  • General Ledger journal preparation & processing
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc reporting tasks as required
  • Selling tickets in Guest Services (as required)
  • Reception Duties – opening mail, answering guest queries and issuing VIP passes
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 

Experience/Requirements

  • Passion for providing outstanding guest service
  • Previous accounting experience is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced comprehension of Excel program
  • Strong self-initiative with excellent time-management and communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
