Description
Baristas provide an outstanding experience for our guests. They are responsible for preparing and delivering quality products in a friendly and efficient manner that satisfies the needs and expectations of our guests.
Essential Functions
- Provide excellent guest service
- Prepare and serve drinks efficiently in a high volume and fast-paced environment
- Accept payment transactions and accurately complete daily cash-outs
- Ability to answer guest queries about the mountain and operations in a friendly and efficient manner
- Other duties as assigned
Experience/Requirements
- Passion for providing outstanding guest service
- Previous Barista experience is an asset
- Ability to accurately manage a cash float
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Excellent time management and communication skills
