Description
Guest Service Agents provide an outstanding experience for our guests. They are responsible for selling products, accepting payments and answering guest queries while creating a warm and welcoming environment. This is a key guest service role that requires and dealing with challenges in a friendly and professional manner.
Essential Functions
- Provide excellent guest service
- Determine needs and assist guests with their ski pass purchases in a knowledgeable manner; requires thorough understanding of Sunshine Village’s services and products
- Deal with challenging guest situations in a friendly and professional manner
- Accept payment transactions and accurately complete daily cash-outs
- Assist with filing and organization
- Other duties as assigned
Experience/Requirements
- Passion for providing outstanding guest service
- Prior guest service experience
- Previous cash handling experience with the ability to accurately manage a cash float
- Strong self-initiative with a friendly and positive attitude
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
- Strong computer skills
