RENTAL ATTENDANT

Description:

Rental Attendants provide an outstanding experience for our guests. Rental Attendants assist and outfit guests with a variety of rental equipment in an efficient and friendly manner. They also accept payment transactions and answer guest queries. This can be a physically demanding position requiring some manual labour and lifting.

Essential Functions

• Provide excellent guest service
• Determine and assist guests their equipment needs in a knowledgeable manner; Requires thorough understanding of ski and snowboard equipment
• Accept payment transactions and accurately complete daily cash-outs
• Other duties as assigned

Experience/Requirements

• Passion for providing outstanding guest service
• Previous cash handling experience with the ability to accurately manage a cash float
• Knowledge of equipment repairs and tuning is an asset
• Experience with POS systems is an asset
• Strong communication, time management and team work skills
