Banff, Alta. -- Wow! More than 82,000 views. More than 300 entries. The Ski and Shoot Sunshine Contest wrapped up Sunday night with a flurry of voting activity.

And, now that it's closed, Sunshine fans will soon discover who wins the Salomon skis and boards, stays at the Sunshine Mountain Lodge, gets Nokia E71 handsets, Pepsi products and other great prizes.

The winners will be announced May 18 at Sunshine's legendary wrap-up party – the 81st annual Slush Cup.

Sunshine's skiers and riders love to shoot their favourite snow resort. And they've come up with some of the most eclectic, funny, poignant and downright beautiful winter images and videos.

The Ski and Shoot Sunshine Contest - "The Sunnies" - has been such a hit, it will become an annual event. Watch skibanff.com for updates as we prepare for an even bigger and better contest next year.

The winning images and video will be posted on Sunshine's skibanff.com site, and will also be searchable on YouTube.
