This brings the total snowfall this season to an unbelievable 773cm (25 feet) “This is Sunshine’s fifth biggest snowfall in 40 years” said John Scurfield, Senior Vice President of Resort Operations, Sales and Marketing of Sunshine Village. “ Wide open ;til May 21st , there still is another 2 ½ months to break our record year set back in the 98/99 season.” Since early Friday, an epic storm has blanketed the resort in inch after inch of fresh snow and locals and visitors alike are going gaga for the phenomenal conditions.
