Family Day was a sunny and powder-filled success for Sunshine Village this year, as thousands of skiers and snowboarders turned out to sample the fantastic snow conditions, set off by brilliant bluebird days.
On Tuesday, the settled snow pack sits at 198cm of light, fluffy and dry powder – the unique snow that sets Sunshine apart of other resorts around the world.
48cm has fallen in the last seven days, meaning the there is plenty of fresh tracks and deep pockets to be discovered.
There’s an added bonus: as the Banff area enters the sweet spot of the season, skiers and riders can enjoy longer, sunny days with the bluebird skies that are the stuff of legend.
If you’ve been too busy to ski, you can make the most of these incredible days by grabbing our late-season bargain, the Spring Pass, which goes on sale March 1.
Ski from March 20th to closing day on May 21st and you’ll get a total 63 days of wide open skiing.
