Spring Skiing

April 1, 2013

The best of spring skiing still to come at Sunshine Village

Spring skiing and riding is in full swing at Sunshine Village, which means that spring passes are available from just $299. With a current base of 188 cm (72 in) and 50 ski days remaining this season, there is plenty of time to take advantage of Canada’s Best Snow.

With longer days, warm temperatures and sunny skies in the forecast, Sunshine guests can now ski or ride longer, with all chairlifts open until 4:30 p.m., and the Jackrabbit Quad chair staying open until 5 p.m.

Sunshine has Canada’s longest non-glacial ski season which means that the resort is wide open for skiing and riding until May 20th; longer than any other resort in the Canadian Rockies.
