Where is Sunshine Village located?

-Sunshine Village Ski and Snowboard resort is located 8km west of the town of Banff on Highway 1.


What if my seasons pass is lost or stolen?

-Please contact our Guest Services Department in case your pass is lost or stolen. All season passes can be replace once free of charge, after that there will be a $50 fee charged for each additional replacement.


Where can I purchase lift passes?

-At Sunshine Village, the Calgary Snow Central office, AMA( if you are a member) and Costco or online at skibanff.com. You can also buy your lift tickets at the Ski Hub in Banff. Next day lift passes are available for purchase after 3:00pm at Guest Services.


I forgot my seasons pass at home, can I still go skiing?

-Absolutely, please just go visit our Guest Services, located on the mountain, and they will issue you a “forgot my pass” lift pass valid for that day.


Do you have a shuttle from the Calgary Airport?

-We do not have a shuttle from the Calgary Airport. Please contact Banff Airporter for their shuttle schedule and costs. Banff Airporter 1-888-449-2901.


Do you have a daily bus shuttle from Calgary?

-We partner with a company called Sunshine Coach. They have 4 different pick up locations around the city that are visited daily. They will require a reservation. Their contact number is 403-241-0443. They also have one pick up location in Canmore.


Can I bank the free days on my Sunshine Marmot Card?

-We are unable to bank the free days on the Sunshine Marmot Card


How do I get my Sunshine Marmot Card set up for Direct to lift?

-Your free direct to lift upgrade can be done on the mountain at Guest Services or at Calgary Snow Central office located at 1037 11th Ave. S.W. If you have already used your card and want to upgrade it to "direct to lift" you must visit Guest Services on the mountain. Direct to lift requests can not be processed between 4:30pm-5:15pm daily.
