Proof of Age Required. Age as of date of purchase. Prices do not include GST. Liability waiver must be read, understood and signed prior to pass being issued. Valid to residents of Western Canada only. Passholders under the age of 18 require signature of parent or guardian. Midweek passes are valid Monday-Thursday. Prices subject to change.

Waiver

All season pass holders will need to sign a waiver. If you had a pass in the last two years we will most likely have your waiver on file.

Pass definitions

Student: Age 18 - 24 enrolled as full time student from an accredited Alberta College or University. Valid Student ID must be shown.*
Youth: Age 13 - 17. Proof of age required.*
Child: Age 6 - 12.*
Family: Husband, wife and children up to the age of 17 living at the same address.*
Student family add-on: Full time students (ages 18-24) can be added to the Family Pass. Must be purchased at the same time as Family Pass. Valid photo ID must be shown.*
Tiny Tiger: 0 - 5, child must be under the age of 6.*
Senior: Ages 65 and over.
Midweek: Monday to Thursday inclusive. Friday to Sunday show your Pass and receive $13 (gst inclusive) off full price lift tickets. Double Discounts apply November and May.
Corporate: One use per day. Fully transferable. Capped at 100 uses per season.
CADS: Canadian Association of Disabled Skiers card holders.
Sun Pass: Your child must provide valid proof that he or she is currently in Grade 2. Parents/Guardians must sign waiver forms. Valid proof includes student identification cards.

Valet Parking: Full service, we park your car for you in the morning and return your car to you in afternoon. Limited to Sunshine season pass holders, SKI BIG 3 pass holders and Rocky Mountain Passport holders only.

VIP Parking: Self park in conveniently located VIP parking area. Limited to season pass holders only.

Locker & Heated Change Area: Lockers usage is limited to the 2009/10 ski & snowboard season. Locker contents must be cleared on or before closing day in May, 2010. Lockers suitable for ski/snowboard storage. Limited to season pass holders only.

Bus Season Pass: To and from Banff and Sunshine Village Season Bus Pass. Limited to one usage per day. Non transferable, valid for the 2009/10 Season.

Use personal locks only. Locks must be removed by May 19th, 2010. Sunshine Village is not responsible for anything lost or stolen from lockers.

Season Pass Refund Policy

There will be NO REFUNDS whatsoever on Season Passes unless the REFUND OPTION IS PURCHASED at the time of pass purchase. The Refund Option is only valid as a result of medical conditions, supported by a doctor's certificate, OR a transfer of employment, supported by a letter from your employer. The Refund Option purchase price is non-refundable. The Refund option is not available for Sun Pass, Tiny Tigers, and Corporate Pass.

Refund Option covers pass cost and any of the following products added on:

Valet Park & Ski
VIP Parking
Lockers

Refund for Valet Park & Ski, VIP Parking, and Lockers is calculated at the same percentage of refund as the season pass. E.g. If the refund for the pass is 75% of pass cost, the same percentage refund will apply to parking and/or locker pass. If the Refund percentage is 0%, no refund will be provided.

The amount of the refund, for those who purchase the refund option, will be calculated as follows:

INDIVIDUAL REFUNDS for Season Passes

At the time Sunshine is notified of the refund request and documentation is provided, Sunshine calculates the number of days the pass has been used. The number of usages is multiplied by the regular retail rate, this total is then subtracted from amount that was paid for the pass - this difference (if positive) is refunded. Should a negative balance result, then the pass has been fully utilized and no refund will be paid.

FAMILY REFUNDS for Season Passes

In the event that a family member becomes injured or as a result of employment relocation, the family pass purchaser is entitled to either a full or partial refund.

A full refund is available only in the event that ALL of the family members have not used their passes whatsoever.

A partial refund will be available depending on the usages of the family. The partial refund will be calculated as follows:

At the time that Sunshine is notified of the injured family member, all family passes must be returned in order to calculate a refund. The total number of usages to date will be calculated and multiplied by the regular retail price per visit. This will be subtracted from the family pass price that was originally paid - any difference will be refunded. If the difference is negative, then the value of the passes will already have been used and no refund is available.

Sunshine Village gondola pet policy: For safety reasons, animals are not allowed on the gondola, unless they are avalanche dogs or seeing-eye dogs. For further information, please contact Guest Services.
