Taste of Sunshine, Veuve Clicquot Cocktails.

On a typical sunny weekend at Banff Sunshine, you will find Sunshiners at the Mad Trapper's beer garden joining us for Veuve Clicquot Après Ski! While we are all staying home and staying safe, let's sip and savor the taste of spring on the slopes with these Veuve Clicquot Champagne cocktails.

VEUVE CLICQUOT FRENCH 75

INGREDIENTS 

- 1.5 oz Hennessy Very Special Cognac

- 0.5 oz Simple syrup

- 0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice

- 3.5 oz Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Champagne

- Lemon Twist

 

PREPARATION 

  1. Build directly in a flute glass
  2. Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist

 

 

VEUVE CLICQUOT RICK COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS 

- 5 to 6 large ice cubes

- 1/4 cup of chosen garnish: cucumber slices, pineapple chunks, bell pepper slices

- 5 oz of Veuve Clicquot Rich Champagne

 

PREPARATION 

  1. Place 5 ice cubes in a large wine glass
  2. Add your chosen garnish 
  3. Top with 5 oz of chilled Veuve Clicquot Rich Champagne, and enjoy!

 

 

PEACHY BOTTOMS UP

INGREDIENTS 

- 1 oz Belvedere Vodka 

- 1 oz Peach Puree

- 4 oz Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Champagne

- Ice

 

PREPARATION 

  1. Combine Belvedere Pure Vodka and peach puree in a tin with ice
  2. Shake and strain into a chilled flute
  3. Top with 4 oz Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Champagne, and enjoy!
