Lost and Found

It happens to the best of us. When we think our pockets are zipped, and are skiing perhaps a little too hard when suddenly we go tumbling. It’s not until we’re back down at the base of the chair, when we realize we’ve lost our keys, wallet, phone, watch, etc.

LOST AND FOUND POLICY

Talk to any mountain staff member if you lose something during your visit to our Resort. They can reach out to Security and Guest Services who may be able to assist you further.

– Lost credit and debit cards are held for 48 hours. If not reported and matched within that time frame, these items are destroyed.

– Government ID, wallets, electronics, and keys are held for 2 weeks. If not reported and matched within that time frame, these items are transferred to the Banff RCMP.

– Ski and snowboard equipment, clothing, and miscellaneous items are kept for 30 days by Guest Services at the Resort. If reports are not filed within that time frame, suitable items are donated to a local thrift store.

Be as specific as possible! We accumulate many items daily during the winter season and the more details you provide, the better the chance of you being reunited with your item.

Once you log a report, you will receive your confirmation and tracking number in an email from our system provider, Chargerback. If your lost item is found, you’ll receive a follow up email with further instructions on how to retrieve it.
