LIFT TICKETS AND SUNSHINE SUPER CARDS

If a non-purchasing Lift Ticket Holder or Super Card Holder does not agree to the Exclusion of Liability and Assumption of Risk Notice, the Lift Ticket or Super Card can be returned to Guest Services for a refund prior to any usage.

Lift Tickets and Super Cards purchased via our third-party retail partners cannot be refunded at Sunshine.

Tickets (including multi-day Lift Tickets) and Super Cards that have been used, in full or in part, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Unused Lift Tickets and Super Cards issued for a specific season (e.g., Winter 24.25, Summer 2025) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as of the close of the season in which they are issued, and do not carry over to any future seasons.

SEASON PASSES

*Please contact guestservices@skibanff.com or visit Guest Services in person if you have forgotten your Pass, or your Pass has been lost or stolen. A replacement fee may apply.

Refund Options (No Questions Asked and Refund Protection Program) can only be added at the time of Pass purchase and are non-refundable. There will be NO REFUNDS on eligible Season Pass purchases unless the Refund Protection Program is purchased at the time of pass purchase, as indicated above, or the passholder or passholder’s parent/legal guardian does not consent to or complete the Release of Liability Agreement prior to the Pass being issued.

Refund Options are not available on Corporate Season Passes; Reserved Parking Passes, Super Senior Passes, Tiny Tiger Passes, Spring or Summer Season Passes.

Season Passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE and may NOT BE RESOLD. Season Passes may not be used by anyone other than the person shown on the Pass.

1. No Questions Asked ($65+GST)

Sunshine will refund eligible Season Passes where a refund is requested prior to the start of the 2025/2026 winter season, less a $65+GST administration fee per order/pass purchased. Our winter season start date is announced in advance on www.skibanff.com, and on our Banff Sunshine social media accounts. This refund coverage is valid up until the day prior to the opening day of the 2025/2026 season.

Requests submitted after the winter season start date will not be processed – no exceptions.

If the Season Pass is used in the 2025 summer hiking and sightseeing season, the total value of the days the Pass is scanned (based on summer 2025 Lift Ticket prices) will be subtracted from any eligible refund.

2. Refund Protection Program ($99, $65, or $30 + GST, depending on Pass type)

The Refund Protection Program option offers protection for skiers and snowboarders who miss out on the season due to:

· Employment transfer (with the same company, supported by documentation) to another geographic location; or

· Medical reasons, supported by documentation that indicates the person is unable to ski or ride for the remainder of the winter season.

This Season Pass refund option is $99+GST for a Family Pass, $30+GST for a Child Pass and $65+GST for a single Adult, Senior, Youth, or Midweek Pass.

How does the Refund Protection Program option work? Your refund is calculated based on subtracting the total value of the days the Pass is scanned (days will be costed at the full-day Lift Ticket Rate on the date scanned) from the Pass purchase price, multiplied by the percentage of the winter season remaining.
