1-877-542-2633Banff Sunshine Village strongly encourages a no-smoking approach at all areas of our Resort, to protect the natural environment, reduce litter, and decrease fire risk.
Vaping and smoking are expressly prohibited in lift lines, on chairlifts, in gondola cabins, indoors, on building patios, or within six (6) meters of any building entrances or air intake units / vents.
The use of cannabis, both recreational and prescribed, in any smoking, vaping, or edible form is not permitted anywhere at the Resort, due to the safety-sensitive nature of our operations.
Vaping and smoking at our Resort is restricted to three (3) marked, designated smoke shacks at these locations:
– Bourgeau Base Area by the Gondola station
– Goat’s Eye area
– Village area directly outside of the Old Sunshine Lodge and Mad Trapper’s.
