Spring Passes

Your 2026 Spring Pass will be available for Pick up once you have signed a current Release of Liability Waiver and upload a profile photo.

Season Passes can be picked up at the following locations:

– Calgary Snow Central (1037 11th Ave SW, T2R 0G1)

– Guest Services (2nd floor of Creekside Building) once the resort opens.

Get familiar with all the information you need to know regarding your season pass:
– Prices do not include GST
– Prices are subject to change
– Liability waiver must be read, understood and signed by the pass holder prior to pass being issued. (Pass holders under the age of 18 require a signature by parent or guardian.)
– Refer to ‘description’ for further information regarding eligibility and requirements for your season pass.

REFUND OPTIONS:

Our two refund options are:

1. No Questions Asked
We will refund all Season Passes purchases for passholders who request a refund prior to the winter season start date, less a $65(+GST) administration fee per order/pass purchased. Requests submitted after the season start date will not be processed – no exceptions. If the Season Pass is used in the summer hiking and sightseeing season, summer day ticket usages will be applied to your refund request. Our winter season start date is announced in advance on our website at www.skibanff.com, and on our Banff Sunshine social media sites. You may sign up at www.skibanff.com for our Sunshine Village Newsletter.

2. Refund Protection Program
$30(+GST) for Child Season Passes
$65(+GST) for Child Adult, Midweek, Senior, Youth, Afternoon and Student Season Passes
$99(+GST) for Family Season Passes
Passholders of the types listed above may select, at the time of pass purchase, to purchase a Refund Protection Program. This purchase offers protection for passholders who are forced to miss out on the season due to an employment transfer (with the same company) or medical reasons, supported by proper documentation. Requests submitted after the time of pass purchase will not be processed – no exceptions.
Refunds requested under this Refund Protection Program are calculated by subtracting the value of the days skied at Banff Sunshine Village (days are based on our full-day, regular priced window rate) from the purchase price, multiplied by the season percentage remaining on the date the refund request is made.

Example – Adult season passholder is transferring within Company X to another province. Request made January 15. Pass used 5 times before January 20, purchased for $1500, ticket window rate $125
$1500 – ($125 x 5) x .6 = $525 refund issued.

Refund Protection Program Terms and Conditions

1. There are NO REFUNDS on Adult, Midweek, Senior, Youth, Child and Afternoon Season Passes unless the Refund Protection Program is purchased at the time of pass purchase.

2. The Refund Protection Program Option is non-refundable.

3. The Refund Protection Program Option is NOT available for purchase on Corporate, Reserved Parking, Super Senior, Spring, Summer, or Tiny Tiger Season Passes.

4. Season Passes are non-transferable, between persons, and seasons.

ADULT SEASON PASS 18+
Adult season passes are available for guests 18 – 64 years of age, as of December 31st of the ski season. This pass will pay for itself in less than thirteen visits. With seven months of skiing or riding, we have the longest season in the Rockies at Banff Sunshine Village.
STUDENT
Student season passes are available for student guests 18 – 29 years of age, as of December 31st. Students must be enrolled full-time at an accredited Canadian College or University for both the Fall and Winter Semesters. Student ID along with a copy of the current course curriculum is required at the time of redeeming the pass to verify eligibility (minimum of 3 classes per semester in both the Fall and Winter Semesters). Co-op students remain eligible with a letter from an accredited College or University. Apprentice programs are not eligible, only online courses due to COVID campus closures and meet noted criteria are eligible. This pass will pay for itself in less than five visits; with seven months of winter, there is plenty of time to head out for a well-deserved break.
YOUTH
Youth season passes are available for guests 13 -17 years of age, as of December 31st of the ski season. This pass will pay for itself in as little as nine visits; get the kids outside this winter and enjoy seven months of fresh air and exercise.
CHILD
Child season passes are available for guests 6 – 12 years of age, as of December 31st of the ski season. This pass will pay for itself in less than eleven visits; get your little ones on the slopes and help instill a love of the outdoors during winter.
FAMILY
Family season passes are available for 2 x parents with children up to the age of 17 years of age, as of December 31st of the ski season, all living at the same address. Spend some quality time with the family this winter at Banff Sunshine Village and enjoy seven months of unlimited skiing or riding. With terrain for all abilities, the whole family can spend time together whilst enjoying the great outdoors in the Canadian Rockies.
STUDENT FAMILY ADD-ON
Student Family Add-on season passes are available for student guests age 18 – 29 years of age, as of December 31st of the ski season, all living at the same address. Students must be enrolled full-time at an accredited Canadian College or University. TINY TIGER
Tiny Tiger season passes are available for guests 5 years of age & under as of December 31st of the ski season. Get little ones on the Mountain to create lifelong family memories together.
SENIOR
Senior season passes are available for guests 65+ as of December 31st of the ski season. This pass will pay for itself in as little as seven visits ‘children of winter never grow old’
SUPER SENIOR
Senior season passes are available for guests 80+ as of December 31st of the ski season. This pass will pay for itself in as little as two visits ‘children of winter never grow old’
ADULT MID-WEEK (Monday – Thursday)
Adult midweek passes are available for guests 18- 79 years of age, as of December 31 of the ski season, valid Monday to Thursday inclusive. From Friday to Sunday, show your Midweek season pass and receive a discount on full-day, full-priced adult lift tickets.
