Lost and Found

Missing Something?

Whether it's a phone, wallet, set of keys, or a favourite pair of gloves, our team is here to help. If you've lost an item during your visit to Banff Sunshine Village, please report it as soon as possible.

Speak with any member of our mountain team during your visit, or submit a Lost & Found report online. Our teams work hard to reunite guests with their belongings whenever possible.

Reporting a Lost Item

When submitting a report, please provide as much detail as possible. The more information you provide, the greater the likelihood of locating your item.

Helpful information includes a detailed description of the item, the date it was lost, the area of the resort where it may have been misplaced, and any identifying features, colours, brands, or serial numbers.
