Planning a visit? The Corporate Pass owner must email authorized guest names to the VIP desk by 4 pm the day before.
How It Works
1. Choose Your Package
Purchase your 20, 40 or 60 visit Corporate Pass online.
2. Complete Your Setup
Allow 48 hours for processing. Our team will then provide instructions for submitting your business logo and completing the required liability waiver.
3. Tell Us Who Is Visiting
The Corporate Pass owner must email the names of authorized guests to corporatepass@skibanff.com by 4 pm the day before their visit. Each Corporate Pass allows up to four tickets per day.
4. Collect Your Tickets
Guests collect their tickets from the VIP desk in the third floor General Office of Bourgeau Lodge at the gondola base. Each guest must present photo ID and complete the required Release of Liability. Tickets do not need to be returned after skiing.

Who Can Use the Visits?
Corporate Pass visits may be used by colleagues, clients, family and friends. Visits cannot be resold.
When Can Tickets Be Collected?
Corporate Passes and daily tickets are collected through the VIP desk at Bourgeau Lodge. Ticket issuing is available during the desk’s regular operating hours.
Important Conditions
Your package applies to the ski season for which it was purchased. Corporate Passes cannot be combined with other discounted products or used to replace discounted group tickets.
Corporate Pass purchases are nonrefundable, subject to the product terms. Season Pass refund protection options are not available.
