Before You Visit

The Banff Sunshine Village App is required to use Mobile Lift Tickets.

Please note that Mobile Lift Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. Any resold Mobile Lift Tickets will be void and will not be accepted at Banff Sunshine Village.

Using Your Mobile Ticket

With Mobile Lift Tickets, you can use the Ski Banff App on your mobile device as your lift ticket.

Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email containing a ticket code to use in the app.
To access your Sunshine Mobile Ticket, you'll first need to download the Ski Banff App from the App Store or Google Play.
After you've redeemed your ticket, your Sunshine Mobile Ticket QR code will appear under My Tickets in the Ski Banff App.
When you arrive at the Sunshine Gondola, simply present your Sunshine Mobile Ticket QR code on your mobile device.

How to Purchase, Retrieve & Use Your Mobile Ticket

Purchase

Visit the www.SkiBanff.com eStore.
Purchase a Mobile Lift Ticket (Adult, Youth, Senior, or Child).
Save $10 on regular-priced full-day Mobile Lift Tickets.

Retrieve

Open the App Store or Google Play on your mobile device.
Search for Ski Banff and download the Ski Banff App.
Check your email for your Mobile Ticket confirmation code.
Tap the Mobile Ticket code in your email to upload your ticket to the Ski Banff App.
Your Sunshine Mobile Ticket will appear under My Tickets in the app.
