Summit Vodka Gimlet

We at Banff Sunshine have teamed up with Summit Vodka to make this delicious cocktail named the “Summit Vodka Gimlet” that you can make at home.

The Summit Vodka Gimlet is a refreshing winter cocktail. To make the cocktail, you’ll want a shaker of some sort and a nice glass to show off your luscious creation.

“Summit Vodka Gimlet”

• 2 slices cucumber (quarter-inch slices)
• 1 1/2 fresh basil leaves
• 1 1/2 oz. Summit Vodka
• 1 oz. lemonade
• 1/4 oz. lime juice, freshly squeezed
• 1 basil leaf (for garnish)

Directions:

Combine the cucumber and basil and muddle in a shaker. Add the Summit Vodka, lemonade, lime juice, and ice. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into a rock glass over ice and garnish with a basil leaf.
